Morning: Depart Arusha after breakfast for the scenic drive to Momella Gate (1,500m). After registration, meet your elite crew and armed ranger.

The Trek: The trail ascends through a lush montane rainforest teeming with life. Spot giraffes, colobus monkeys, and buffalo in this rare trekking safari environment. A gourmet picnic lunch awaits on the trail.

Afternoon: Arrive at Miriakamba Hut (2,514m). Relax, absorb the sunset over the plains, and enjoy a warm dinner.

Morning: After breakfast, we push upward, leaving the forest canopy behind and entering the dramatic open moorland zone.

Afternoon: Arrive at Saddle Hut (3,570m), nestled beneath the peak of Little Meru. After lunch, a crucial optional acclimatization hike to Little Meru (3,820m) offers panoramic views of the main summit ridge and a distant Mount Kilimanjaro.

Evening: An early rest in preparation for the midnight summit attempt.

Midnight: The challenge begins at 00:00–01:00 a.m. We climb a rocky ridge, passing Rhin Point (3,800m) and continuing along a narrow, high-exposure trail. This ascent is grueling but safe under your expert guide’s supervision.

Sunrise: Reach Socialist Peak (4,566m) at dawn. Witness one of Africa’s most spectacular sunrises—the golden light illuminating the Ash Cone and Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

Morning: After the triumph, we begin the long descent back to Saddle Hut for breakfast, then continue down to Miriakamba Hut for your final night of well-earned rest.
